2 Deterministic detection
Integrity rules raise findings: ghost assets, signal gaps, low confidence, stale disposals.
3 Review queue
Every finding is queued once, ranked by deterministic risk; the top items are gated.
4 Human approval
A reviewer approves or rejects each gated item with the evidence, CI and owner-group state.
5 Proposed ServiceNow task
